Investor Visas

Strategic guidance for entrepreneurs and investors seeking to establish or expand business operations in the United States through EB-5 and E-2 visa programs.

Visa Programs

Investment-Based Immigration

Whether you're seeking permanent residency or a renewable work visa, we help investors navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

EB-5 Immigrant Investor

Permanent Residency

The EB-5 program provides a path to permanent residency for foreign investors who invest in a new commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.

Typical timeline: 2-4 years to conditional green card

Key Requirements

  • Minimum investment of $1,050,000 (or $800,000 in a TEA)
  • Investment in a new commercial enterprise
  • Creation of at least 10 full-time jobs
  • Lawful source of investment funds
  • Active involvement in management or policy-making

E-2 Treaty Investor

Renewable Visa

The E-2 visa allows nationals of treaty countries to invest a substantial amount in a U.S. business and work in that business. Unlike EB-5, there is no minimum investment amount, but the investment must be substantial relative to the business.

Key Requirements

  • National of a treaty country with the U.S.
  • Substantial investment in a bona fide enterprise
  • Investment must be at risk and irrevocable
  • Business must not be marginal
  • Intent to depart the U.S. when status expires
